Hello,
I read your book Nutrition Rules! and it truly is inspiring.
I have two questions (well, more but I will not bother you with the rest).

F1 seeds are sometimes considered to be nutritionaly inferior to open pollinated seeds, do you share this opinion?

As I have bees, would honey instead of industrial sugar be more beneficial for soil (compost) fungi and bacteria because the ingredients are much more diverse (I tried honey (1 spoon) diluted over newly built grass compost with little coarse material and virtualy overnight there were fungi (the visible ones) all over the surface (below the sheeting) something I have never seen before.

Thank you very much in advance,
Michael from Austria

P.S. Do you have or plan for a European distributor?
