NTS Soil Test Core Sampler (heavy & light)

Possessing the right tool for the right job reduces the stress factor involved in any task.

These products simplify the collection of soil samples for soil tests. Constructed of heavy-gauge stainless steel, the Soil Test Core Samplers can reduce the time involved in gathering samples by up to 500%. Presently we have two models available for sale, each suited to a different soil class. One model is recommended for heavy soils and clays, as its coring barrel has been cut away to allow ease of sample removal. The cut-away model is not suited for use on lighter/sandier soils as the core sample can collapse out of the unit making collection difficult. The other model is best suited in light soils as the fully enclosed coring barrel aids in keeping the core intact when the unit is removed from the soil during sampling.
